QUTSY SHIPPING POLICY

Effective as of: June 1, 2025.

Thank you for shopping with Qutsy. Below you’ll find all the details about how and when your order will be shipped, and what to expect throughout the process.


I. Shipping Origin

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Slovakia (EU).


II. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • Slovakia and Czech Republic (domestic & neighboring delivery)

  • All EU member states

  • Selected international countries (please check availability at checkout)

If your country is not listed, feel free to contact us at info@qutsy.eu and we’ll do our best to make it happen.


III. Shipping Times

Destination Estimated Delivery Time
Slovakia 1–3 business days
Czech Republic 2–4 business days
EU countries 3–7 business days
International 7–14 business days

Please note: All delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on the carrier, destination, and local customs.


IV. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been shipped.


V. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, so make sure you're signed up to our newsletter to stay updated.


VI. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is on its way, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey.

If you haven’t received your tracking info within 3 business days, please contact us at info@qutsy.eu.


VII. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped outside the European Union, additional customs duties or taxes may apply upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering internationally.


VII. Delivery Issues & Delays

We work with reliable carriers, but unforeseen delays (weather, customs, peak seasons) can occur. If your order is significantly delayed or lost, email us at info@qutsy.eu and we’ll sort it out.


IX. Incorrect Addresses & Failed Deliveries

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If your package is returned to us, we’ll contact you to arrange re-shipment at your cost.
